If Payday Sorted, or any add-on you bought with it, isn't right for you, email paydaysorted@gmail.com within 15 days of buying, with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through our checkout provider, Hotmart. They usually show within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Before asking for a refund, feel free to email us. Most problems (a file not opening, dates looking odd) are quick to fix.
