Who we are
Payday Sorted is a trading name of Gustavo de Lima Mangerona, São Paulo, Brazil (the “data controller”). You can contact us at paydaysorted@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you buy: payment and order details are handled by our checkout provider, Hotmart, which sends us your name, email address and order details so we can deliver your purchase and help you if something goes wrong. We never see your card details. The checkout page is run by Hotmart under its own privacy policy, and Hotmart may use the Meta pixel there to tell us when an advert led to a purchase.
When you email us: we use your message and email address only to answer you. Our email is provided by Google.
Your spreadsheet: everything you type into Payday Sorted stays in your own file, in your own Google Drive or on your own device. We can't see it.
The calculator on our page runs in your browser. What you type isn't sent anywhere.
Cookies
On this website we only use the Meta pixel (a cookie that tells us which adverts led to visits and purchases) if you click “Accept” on the cookie message. If you choose “No thanks”, it isn't loaded. Your choice is remembered in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as we need them for support, refunds and our tax records, usually up to six years.
Where your data goes
Hotmart, Google and Meta may store data outside the UK. When they do, they use the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email paydaysorted@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
